Think Hempology is an innovative solutions-based organization providing leadership, education and advocacy in agribusiness and agriscience with a focus on the implementation of sustainable organic, climate smart practices. We educate the community by providing creative initiatives that provide economic opportunity and empowering partnerships. We inspire youth in the areas of climate science, environmental sustainability, and renewable energy. We work with the next generation of innovators to teach problem solving, creative/critical thinking, and we inspire youth to explore agriculture and agriscience.
We Empower Leaders
Climate Science
Climate science is essential for addressing one of the most pressing challenges of our time: climate change. We work in collaboration with the community to understand the complex interactions within the Earth’s climate system. We work to help guide efforts to mitigate and adapt to the impacts of a changing climate in a diverse community.
Renewable Energy
Renewable energy is essential for transitioning to a cleaner, more sustainable energy system. It plays a significant role in reducing carbon emissions and mitigating the impacts of climate change. Think Hempology works to create a smooth transition and educate the community about the benefits of using solar, wind and water energies.

Urban Innovators Program
The Urban Innovators Program uniquely serves youth from underserved communities. Our program focuses on educating and empowering the next generation of innovative leaders.
Evolution Sports Academy
The Chicago Works Community Challenge to provide an opportunity for all Chicago residents to tell the City what infrastructure investments they want to see prioritized in their neighborhoods.
Youth Leadership Council
The Youth Leadership Advisory Council is a collective of 25 young leaders from the south and west sides of the City of Chicago who are passionate about urban agriculture, equitable access and addressing food insecurities in underserved communities.
Green Garden Teams
Think Hempology is committed to keeping communities in the “Green”. Providing assistance with community and school gardens. We also provide educational workshops and seminars on renewable energy and conservation issues.
